Thanks to its experience and achieved results, MPC Properties has expanded its portfolio in the field of logistics. Following market trends and needs, the Company has begun to invest in the construction of facilities which provide necessary support to the functioning of larger distribution systems. Logistics centres include building complexes which are intended to be used as warehouses, for material distribution and handling, as office space, garages, as well as various ancillary buildings, which are equipped in accordance with high technical and technological criteria. The facilities with the said intended use are necessary for the organization of successful wholesale and retail. The projects in this business area include the already built Citroen Centre C_ADA, located in the vicinity of the well known Belgrade vacation area Ada Ciganlija, and the logistics centre Block 52, planned to be built in the industrial zone near the entrance to the highway to Novi Sad, at the outskirts of the city of Belgrade.
